“Claude Built His Faceless Video Factory” — Till's interview.

Sabrina Ramonov is the founder of Blotato — the publishing system OptimusFlow Shorts is built on. With millions of followers across platforms, Forbes 30 Under 30 (Enterprise Tech, 2018) and a successful exit of her previous company Qurious to Pegasystems, she is one of the best-known solo-operator voices in AI content. In the interview (June 2026), Till walks through the entire system — from source-video ingestion through four platform-native formats to self-improving prompt optimization.

What it actually does

Input in. Six channels out.

No editing workshop, no briefing, no agency ping-pong. You provide the material you already have — the system turns it into finished videos.

Any input → platform-native short videos

URL, YouTube link, PDF, Notion page or free text — the system extracts the core and produces an optimized short video for every platform (length, format, caption, hashtags).

Seven channels in under 10 minutes

TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads — in a single run. No manual reformatting, no platform hopping.

A brand voice that keeps learning

The system analyzes your existing content and calibrates tone, phrasing and topic boundaries. What goes out sounds like you — not like generic AI.

Personal cameo for trust content

Your photo can be embedded automatically into suitable formats — for content where personal presence makes the difference.

An algorithm that learns from performance

What performs well flows back into the system. Which hook types work on which platform — it detects that and applies it on the next run.

Content guardrails — you stay in control

Block topics, enforce disclaimers, control competitor mentions. The system produces within the boundaries you set.

Your effort:

Provide input (URL, text, file) · approve in 5 minutes · the system publishes to all channels simultaneously. Under 10 minutes per run.

On the shoulders of giants

We built on top of Blotato.

Sabrina Ramonov built Blotato so solo operators can serve multiple platforms without manual stitching — reliable, fast, no technical setup. We added the orchestration layer on top: brand voice in English or German, brand-voice training, and onboarding for SME contexts.

Blotato (foundation)

  • Video rendering — the engine that turns short videos into platform formats
  • Multi-platform publishing — reliable posting to every channel
  • Voice generation — voice engine integrated via Blotato
  • Manual tool suite + API for building your own automation

What we built on top

  • Fully automated pipeline — where Blotato is manual, OptimusFlow Shorts runs end-to-end
  • Brand voice in English or German — trained on your content
  • Language-aware output: English, or DACH-optimized German (informal address, no anglicism overload)
  • AI voice configurator (5 dimensions: formality, warmth, humor, clarity, complexity)
  • Self-learning: universally AND per platform — adapts to what works where
  • Full analytics: follower growth, performance per post, per platform
  • Cost control: running budget overview, spend visible per run
  • Content guardrails: block topics, enforce disclaimers
  • Setup guidance and onboarding for SME contexts

We didn't rebuild anything. Blotato provides the rendering and publishing foundation; we built the pipeline, brand voice, analytics and cost control on top. You keep your own Blotato account — we orchestrate it. Using Blotato directly means doing every step manually or automating everything yourself via the API. OptimusFlow Shorts is the finished automation around it.

An honest assessment

Is this a fit for you?

A fit if…

  • You post less than once a week — not because you have nothing to say, but because production eats your time.
  • You want to be visible on multiple platforms without producing separate content for each.
  • You have raw material (podcasts, blogs, calls, documents) — but no system that turns it into videos.
  • You want your brand voice reflected in video posts, not just in text.
  • You want output in English, German, or both — the brand-voice layer works in either language.

Probably not a fit if…

  • You want to stay completely anonymous — the tool needs material and context from you.
  • You need less than one post per week — the manual route is faster then.
  • You're looking for a finished content strategy, not a production tool. Then the right entry point is content & social automation or an intro call.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about OptimusFlow Shorts

What's the difference vs. using Blotato directly?

Blotato provides video rendering, multi-platform publishing and voice generation — as a manual tool suite or via API. OptimusFlow Shorts builds on top of that: a fully automated pipeline, brand voice in English or German, per-platform self-learning, analytics overview and cost control in one system. You keep your own Blotato account — we orchestrate around it.

Do I need my own Blotato account?

Yes. The rendering and publishing layer runs through Blotato in the background — you need your own account connected to OptimusFlow Shorts. With a custom setup we configure this together during onboarding. With self-serve you bring your own Blotato account.

Can I use it without consulting?

Yes. Self-serve access runs via app.optimusflow.consulting

Shouldn't I just use Blotato directly?

You'll need Blotato either way — the question is whether you operate it manually, program the API yourself, or take the finished automation around it. OptimusFlow Shorts is the latter: input → brand-voice adaptation → render → posting → analytics → cost control. If you're a developer who wants to orchestrate everything yourself, go straight to blotato.com

How reliable is it right now?

The product is in closed beta. Small user group, direct founder support, plenty of hands-on work where needed. Scaling is underway — we onboard deliberately and keep building. Join now and you get more attention than later.

You have the content.
We build the machine.

Self-serve via the app or custom setup in a call — both work. What doesn't work: keep sinking hours every week into manual video production that a system can take over.
